My service is geared to dog owners that desire ROUTINE, ONGOING walks. No less than twice a week.
I am very different than a "pet sitter." Pet sitters often times support clients that need their pets looked after while they are away on vacation. You may only need visits infrequently & they typically involve indoor duties like cleaning up after the pets in your home, feeding them, letting them out for a short period and playing with them more often times indoors as opposed to out. Pet sitters are the obvious choice for your home if you have any other pets other than dogs. Dog walks performed are frequently very abbreviated. If you also require multiple visits to your home for your various pets on a given day, a pet sitter would also be the better choice.
My dog walking service is just the opposite of "pet sitting services" and consists of coming to your home on agreed upon, prescheduled days to 100% completely focus on only 1 task (And do it very well!)- REGULARLY EXERCISE YOUR DOGS. You need your dog to move move move and cover some ground. That's what I do best. On the other hand, I have walked elderly dogs as well. I'm flexible. We will agree upon the specific days, from 2 to 5 days each week. I can retrieve and walk up to 2 dogs & gather them from the backyard or inside the home. I am bonded (covers theft and breakage) as well as 1 million liability insured.
Walking dogs since 2003. I've walked 5 pound dogs to 180 pounds. Mild to wild. I have never missed a day of work, nor a walk. We walk dogs rain or shine. I have lost 28 pounds in the last 3 years walking dogs in OC. Although I no longer run dogs, they get a good workout if they desire one!! I have pretty much seen, considered or experienced vicariously just about every situation your dog may become involved in while on a dog walk with me. I am an experienced, educated mature adult that has established a strong pet care business since 2003.
